Chad Hungerford, D.C. , FIAMA
Dr. Hungerford is a native of Slayton, Minnesota. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and went on to earn his chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Bloomington, MN in 1997. Dr. Hungerford has been practicing in Brookings since that time. He also has diagnostic and courtesy privileges at the Brookings Hospital, the Sioux Falls Surgical Center, Sioux Falls Open MRI, and Orthopedic Institute and is a member of the South Dakota Chiropractic Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Dr. Hungerford is a former Jackrabbit competing in track and cross country for SDSU and is currently the staff chiropractic physician for the University athletic department at SDSU.

Jason Flaskey, D.C.
Dr. Flaskey is a native of Brookings, South Dakota.  He attended South Dakota State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition.  He then went on to complete his doctoral studies at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota where he graduated Valedictorian of his class with the degree Doctor of Chiropractic.  After extensive academic and clinical training, Dr. Flaskey decided to return home to South Dakota with his wife Rachel. 

Dr. Flaskey is currently completing post-doctoral study in Occupational Health, and he takes a keen interest in treating workers who suffer from ergonomically or posturally-induced neck, back and limb pain as well as repetitive-stress injuries.  He is also certified to perform DOT physicals as well as drug and alcohol testing. 

Jodi Devine, M.S., P.T
Jodi Devine, M.S., P.T. is a native of Sioux Falls, SD and currently lives in Brookings,SD with her husband and four children. She received her B.S. in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University and her M.S. in Physical Therapy at University of South Dakota. Jodi brings over 11 years of clinical experience to the team and will be able to further our excellence in patient care. Jodi has proficiency and training in In-patient Acute Care, Sub-acute Care, In-patient Rehabilitation, Home Health Care, Long-term Care, Outpatient Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine.

• Assessment and treatment of chronic or acute injuries
• Total joint replacement/post surgical rehabilitation
• Development of home exercise programs

Sharon Brecher, PTA
Sharon joined Hungerford Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in April 2009, bringing over 10 years of clinical experience in the physical therapy field with proficiency in in-patient acute care, sub-acute care, in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, home health care and sports medicine.

Sharon is originally from Verdi, MN and currently lives in Brookings, SD with her husband and 2 children. She received her physical therapist assistant/AAS degree from Lake Area Technical Institute, Watertown, SD. Her areas of expertise include postsurgical rehabilitation/total joint rehabilitation, geriatrics, postural restoration and ergonomic training, development of therapeutic exercise programs and treatment of sports injuries.

Karol Madill, LMT
Karol joined Hungerford Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in April 2009. She brings with her 7 years of massage experience.  Karol is originally from Elkton, SD and lives in Elkton with her husband Chris. She graduated from the Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, IA. Techniques that Karol is proficient in include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic and hot stone massage. Karol was a member of the Army National Guard for 8 years, from 1998-2006. She served in Iraq from January 2004 to January 2005.

Corrinna Schwartz, LMT
Corrinna joined Hungerford Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in November 2008. She received her education at the Applied Science University College of Healing Arts in Omaha, NE. Corrinna has been practicing massage therapy for 3 years. She is currently enrolled at South Dakota State University and is originally from Redfield, SD. Techniques that Corrinna is proficient in include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and sports massage.
